SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AND REGISTRATION

Step 1
Double-click the downloaded E-safe Protect® installer and the E-safe Protect® Setup Wizard will appear. Click the “Next” button to proceed or “Cancel” to end the installation. -
Step 2
The License Agreement window will appear. Please read and understand the license agreement. Select the "I accept the agreement" option and click “Next”. E-safe Protect® will start installing automatically. -
Step 3
The “Completing the E-safe Protect® Setup Wizard” window will appear once the installation is done. Click “Finish” to proceed. -
Step 4
In the software registration window, please select “Register E-safe Protect® ” if you have purchased a serial number via TM's SelfCare website, “Evaluate E-safe Protect® ” if you do not have a serial number.
Click the "Next" button to proceed. You need to be connected to the Internet in order to register E-safe Protect® . -
Step 5a
You will see the “Trial Version Software Registration: E-safe Protect® ” window if you selected the trial option, along with the system-generated serial key. Enter your email address in the respective field and click the “Next” button. Please ensure that you are connected to the internet to have your evaluation version of E-safe Protect® registered. -
Step 5b
If you selected the registered option, you will see the “Registered Version Software Registration: E-safe Protect® “ window. Enter the serial number, your email address and then press the “Next” button. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet for the registration process. -
Step 6
In the following screen, you are required to enter the password you wish to use for E-safe Protect® , the password confirmation and click the “Next” button. You can change this password any time via the E-safe Protect® control panel. If the lost password feature is not disabled and you entered your password wrongly twice in the E-safe Protect® Login Window, a link will be provided in the E-safe Protect® Login Window to have your password sent to your email address. -
Step 7
Congratulations, you have successfully set up and registered E-safe Protect® . You can now launch the E-safe Protect® Control Panel or the User Manual from this screen.
